With over a decade of experience, Patrick has successfully represented clients in cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, elder and dependent neglect, and sexual assault. In addition to his extensive personal injury practice, Patrick has a strong track record in business litigation, handling complex matters such as contract and insurance disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership disputes, fraud, and other business torts. Patrick has also provided counsel and strategic guidance on securities law compliance for exchange markets, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.

Since 2021, Patrick has been recognized annually as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers®, an honor awarded to less than 2.5% of attorneys in California who are 40 years of age and under. Patrick’s strategic advocacy has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Some of his recent successes include:

• $2,250,000 settlement in a wrongful death neglect case.
• $1,225,000 settlement in a wrongful death neglect case.
• $1,200,000 settlement in a sexual assault case.
• $1,000,000 settlement in a premises liability case.

Patrick is licensed to practice law in all California state courts and is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of California.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University before continuing his education at Loyola Law School, where he obtained his law degree. During law school, he ranked in the top 35% of his class and was a member of the Hobbs District Attorney Clinic. As part of the clinic, he worked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in Compton, California. Additionally, he externed for the Los Angeles Superior Court – Appellate Division.
