About the OCWLA
Founded in 1975 as the Women and Individual Rights section of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Women Lawyers Association (OCWLA) has grown from a small group of five attorneys to over 500 members today. Initially focused on addressing discrimination in law and society, the OCWLA remains committed to advancing women in the legal profession, fostering diversity, and supporting the community through educational initiatives, networking, and charitable efforts, including advocacy against domestic violence and human trafficking.
